Our goal with this plan is to give our best customers top priority service, and we don’t want them to break the bank in order to access it. That’s why you can access our plans for only $12.97 per month. For customers who have solar, you can combine this plan with the Solar Service Plan for only $25.97 per month. Some of the benefits of our Service Partner plan include:

  • Priority service

When you become a Service Partner, you will be our top priority. If you are not a fan of waiting around on the phone, this plan might be right up your alley. Our Service Partners get to jump to the front of the line when they call. Plus, your job will be scheduled ahead of others, which applies to both routine and emergency calls.

  • 10% discount

As long as you are one of our Service Partners, you will save up to 10% off electrical services. This can make a big difference, especially if you are having major services done like whole home rewiring.

  • Home safety check-up

When you become a Service Partner, we will conduct a thorough inspection of the most important electrical equipment in your home to make sure you and your family are protected against potential safety hazards like electrical fires and shocks. This inspection does not take long, but it can save you lots of time and money down the line. Home inspections will be conducted at a later date unless otherwise noted.

  • Service partner home safety promise

Our commitment to your family’s safety is so strong that we promise to return annually to your home to inspect the safety equipment. If any smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, or ground-fault-interrupter receptacle we install fails, we will replace it for free.

  • 100% satisfaction guarantee

Your complete satisfaction is fully guaranteed. If you are not fully satisfied, let us know. We’ll make it right or you don’t pay.

  • Transferable agreement

Your Service Partner agreement can either be transferred to your new home or to the buyer of the home you are selling. We are flexible with how this works and the choice is yours.

  • Appointment reminders
